My favorite part about my [co-op] is gaining real client exposure and being fully involved in the project. I've also experienced a culture where every employee is welcoming to having a conversation with you, regardless of their line of business or their position in the managerial hierarchy. RSM is a true team environment. Everyone wants each other to succeed and reach their maximum potential.
Even being in a virtual [co-op], I have made friends with people from my office and other offices across the United States. RSM has really emphasized the importance of CDI, which is extremely important for me to have that support system. It makes me feel a part of a community by being able to join employee network groups.
My favorite part of the [co-op] has been getting to work with my engagement teams. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help me and it’s been wonderful getting to know them. I’m looking forward to getting to meet more people and getting to know the people I’ve already met even better.
