They also improve efficiency & reduce risk across the finance and accounting landscape and improve the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes. They also resolve client data challenges, derive insights from their data through strategy, governance, centralization, and operational/descriptive analytics to create a streamlined, more automated, reporting source of truth.

- The risk consulting team works with clients to establish a holistic, strategic approach to risk management, analysis, management, and governance and proactively addresses risk issues in ways right for our client's unique business.

- The Business Applications team assists clients with the evaluation, selection, implementation, and support of their ERP systems.

- The Financial Consulting team assists clients across many complex financial situations and decisions including acquisitions or expansions to litigation matters or financial disputes. The team specializes in helping organizations manage major transitions and accounting issues, while mitigating threats that can pose significant risks.

- The Strategy and Management consulting team offers a range of services, from assessments and improvements to complete transformations and project and program management.
- Ideal candidate: business, finance, technology, operations, engineering, human resources, management & organization
- The deal services advisory team provides buy-side and sell-side financial, tax, and operational due diligence services to private equity firms and strategic companies. The team assists either the buyer or the seller in their financial evaluation of the target entity’s overall operations during a merger and acquisition transaction. This includes evaluating their financial performance, finance and accounting function, and assisting with the overall purchase process. Ideal candidate: accounting major or double accounting and finance.
