RSM Expands Industry Eminence Program to Deliver Timely Industry Insight

New class of senior analysts will help deliver decision-relevant insight for an increasingly complex Canadian market

TORONTO, ON – (May 20, 2026) – RSM announced the newest class of the RSM Industry Eminence Program, a three-year program that develops senior analysts to understand, forecast and translate the economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries that RSM serves. Francois Bourdeau will represent RSM Canada in the 2026 program with a focus on consumer products.

The announcement comes as Canadian companies face increasing complexity, including shifts in technology adoption, capital access and regulatory requirements. As these pressures accelerate, the ability to interpret change and act on it has become critical to how organizations plan, invest and compete.

The new class began its participation this month and will help deliver forward-looking, industry-specific insights that support faster, more informed decision-making for clients and contribute to the broader market dialogue.

“As the pace and complexity of change continue to accelerate, our clients are looking for insight they can trust and act on,” said Harry Blum, national managing partner with RSM Canada. “The Industry Eminence Program strengthens how we anticipate industry shifts and bring timely, decision‑relevant perspective to the market. We’re proud to have Francois represent RSM Canada in this year’s class and contribute to the insight our clients rely on.”

“Our senior analysts help us respond to the changes our clients are navigating every day,” said Stu Taub, enterprise industry and markets leader with RSM US LLP. “Our Industry Eminence Program brings new perspectives into that work and strengthens how we translate complex developments into insights clients can use. This incoming class is well positioned to contribute immediately to client and market dialogue.”

The 2026 class of RSM Industry Eminence Program senior analysts includes:

Established in 2018, the RSM Industry Eminence Program is designed to build a pipeline of industry thought leaders who can interpret the forces shaping the future of business and industry.

“We’re excited to welcome this new class of industry eminents,” said Kevin Depew, deputy chief economist and Industry Eminence Program leader with RSM US LLP. “Their curiosity and perspective will strengthen how we connect economic, industry and business signals, helping clients make more informed decisions in an increasingly complex environment.”

The 2026 class will build on the work of prior cohorts, continuing to advance RSM’s role as the definitive source of perspective on trends shaping the Canadian market.
