- Solution scoping: Here, we primarily focus on developing an understanding of your needs and conducting preliminary analysis of potential solution options based on this understanding.
- Implementation readiness: This phase consists of activities required in order to gauge organizational readiness for an implementation, to develop an understanding of your full technology environment, and to identify any gaps or issues that may serve as major obstacles during implementation.
- Solution selection: In this step, vendor demonstrations are conducted. Demonstration scorecards completed by your stakeholders and vendor responses to the request for information will allow for quantitative and qualitative analysis of each vendor. With this context, along with any reference checks and follow-ups, you will have the tools required to make an informed vendor selection.
