Tenley Damrow is a strategic, business-to-business, professional services marketer with over 29 years of experience. She has held many leadership roles and has extensive knowledge of working within a matrix of industries, geographies and services. She is experienced in marketing through traditional and modern marketing channels including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, Google Ads, digital, web, social, public relations, direct marketing, advertising, artificial intelligence, etc. Tenley develops strategic marketing initiatives from concept to delivery to follow-up.

As the Professional Services+ marketing leader, Tenley serves as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders by advising, consulting and providing marketing guidance, support and tools to RSM Professional Services+ clients. In addition, she is an integral part of the collaboration initiative. This role requires Tenley to serve as a catalyst for interaction within the RSM Professional Services+ client marketing leader community via peer groups, roundtables and conferences.
