Kevin Reagan is RSM US LLP’s technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry audit leader and the Silicon Valley-based office leader.
Kevin brings over 30 years of experience providing assurance services to clients in TMT, including experience with the computer, storage, semiconductor, software, and contract manufacturing sectors.
He has extensive experience assisting clients with SEC filings, including initial public offerings as well as follow-on debt and equity offerings. He also has significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining RSM, Kevin was an audit partner at a Big Four firm in their electronics, software, and services practice. Kevin’s experience includes audits of companies ranging from early-stage, pre-IPO ventures to complex global entities.
He is passionate about growing RSM’s TMT audit practice nationally with a particular focus in the West, and he is equally committed to mentoring and developing the firm’s talent. Additionally, he is the executive sponsor for our Bay Area PRAIDE employee network group, acting as an ally for the group’s members.
Kevin and his wife are empty nesters with two grown adult children. Kevin especially enjoyed being a youth coach. One of his daughters went on to become a collegiate athlete who he coached growing up.
