Erica Costanzo brings over 20 years of experience in public accounting and strategic leadership development. After graduating from the University of San Diego, she spent over a decade as an auditor before transitioning to the national learning and professional development team within RSM US LLP, where she honed her passion for talent development and enterprise solutions.
She is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in organizational learning, project management and leadership development. She has designed, developed and delivered scalable leadership, management and advisory skills programs both locally and nationally since 2005. Her work spans technical auditing/accounting as well as leadership and advisory training. She is recognized for her ability to inspire teams, foster deep relationships and implement innovative solutions for enterprise learning.
Currently, Erica is focused on developing a strategic learning vision for RSM clients, creating opportunities to consult on their learning strategies and enterprise initiatives. She is also responsible for leadership programs offered to top talent; she designs conferences and other learning experiences for her clients. Her work integrates diversity and inclusion, change management and high-performance cultures, with a global mindset. Erica is passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals and building a best-in-class talent experience for her clients.
