Bryan A. Tannenbaum is a seasoned restructuring professional with RSM Canada. He practices primarily in the corporate restructuring, recovery and insolvency areas. A licensed insolvency trustee, he provides businesses with leadership, effective strategies and resolutions in corporate reorganizations, business investigations, receivership assignments, proposals, bankruptcy matters and liquidations. In addition, Bryan has developed an estate trustee practice that is flourishing with recent transfers of wealth and changing demographics.

Bryan was the managing partner of a leading mid-market accounting and advisory firm, prior to its 2008 merger with a national firm. As one of Canada's leading restructuring professionals, he has successfully assisted a broad range of companies and clients with restructuring issues. He has helped mediate shareholder, partnership and joint venture disputes as well as provided insight and strategic advice to the business and financial community, including banks, mortgage companies, insurance companies and law firms. Bryan has written numerous articles on insolvency and mediation issues for industry publications in both Canada and the United States. He has also been extensively quoted in the media and is an experienced public speaker and lecturer.
