With cybercrime increasing, here is how to protect your business

RECORDED WEBCAST  |

According to a recent study released by RSM US and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, middle market companies are particularly vulnerable to cybercrime. In comparison to only three years ago, significantly more middle market companies (13% vs. 5%) report they experienced data breaches, and nearly 50% of midsize companies believe they could be a target to future data breaches. These numbers are just a few examples of the growing concern around cyber threats in middle market organizations.

On July 12 RSM US took a deeper look into the RSM US Middle Market Business Index: Cybersecurity Special Report. Topics covered included:

  • Gaining a broader understanding of the biggest cybersecurity risks facing their businesses today
  • Analyzing these risks as determined by peer interviews and the industry
  • Uncovering how these trends will affect middle market businesses and how to position a security program to respond to the threats
