3070 Ellesmere Developments Inc.
Toronto, September 13, 2019 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Appointment Order”), on September 13, 2019, RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver, without security, of all of the Property of 3070 Ellesmere Developments Inc. (the “Company”). Pursuant to the Endorsement of Justice Hainey dated September 13, 2019, the Appointment Order did not take effect until September 27, 2019.
A copy of the Appointment Order is posted below, and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
The current intended plan of action of the Receiver, to the extent that such a plan has been determined, is to realize on the assets of the Company, comprised primarily of the real property located on Ellesmere Road in Scarborough, Ontario.

The property, consisting of approximately 1.3 acres is fully zoned and has a proposed plan for a 26-storey, 339 unit condominium development with a total GFA of 261,722 sf.
