1682 Victoria Park Avenue Inc.

Toronto, January 27, 2020 – 1682 Victoria Park Avenue Inc. (the “Debtor”) owns vacant undeveloped land located at 1648, 1666 and 1682 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).  Pursuant to the terms of its security, a mortgagee privately appointed RSM Canada Limited as its receiver (the “Receiver”) for the purpose of realizing on the collateral of 1682 Victoria Park Avenue Inc., including but not limited to finding interested parties who may wish to purchase the Property.

The Receiver will be conducting a sales process for the sale of the Property.

The purpose of this webpage is to provide the various stakeholder groups with access to materials.  Copies of the pertinent public information will be posted on this website as information becomes available.

A Notice and Statement of Receiver has been mailed to known creditors of the Debtor.  Copies of these documents and other public information in these proceedings will be posted on this site as they become available.

Sales Process

RSM Canada Limited, in its capacity as Receiver of 1682 Victoria Park Inc., has engaged Cushman and Wakefield ULC (“C&W”) to solicit offers for the purchase of a property located at 1682-1684 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.  The residential development site, consisting of 1.92 acres, is fully zoned and approved for 147 residential units with a total area of 168,418 sq. ft. with parking below grade, and is being sold on an “as is, where is” basis.  Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the recent COVID-19 crisis, the deadline for submission of offers has been extended to April 20, 2020. For further information, please contact Moshe Elyovich of C&W at 416-359-2375 or by email at moshe.elyovich@ca.cushwake.com.
