RSM has developed a Microsoft Catalyst program specifically to assist nonprofits in planning their future state. We deliver the program through a comprehensive workshop focused on identifying opportunities and building a road map to implement Microsoft technologies, including the enterprise resource planning tool Supply Chain Platform; integrated offerings like Dynamics 365 for Finance, Business Central, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Sales, Human Resources and Marketing; and adjacent Power Platform offerings such as Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Day 1: Overview of the Catalyst program; establish goals and understand the challenge
Day 2: Apply the IDEA principles to identify possible solutions
Day 3: Develop processes to implement the solutions that address the challenge
The output of this process is the following deliverables.
- A priority list of development activities
- Recommendations for business process enhancement
- A technology road map
- A phased execution plan
