Toronto, May 27, 2021 - Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated May 27, 2021, (the “Receivership Order”), RSM Canada Limited was appointed as Court-appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of O2 Industries Inc. (the "Company").
A copy of the Receivership Order is posted below and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
Unsecured creditors of the Company are asked not to file a proof of claim at this time.
