Toronto, June 26, 2020 – On June 26, 2020, Newgen Restaurant Services Inc., formerly operating as Tucker’s Marketplace and Smith Bros. Steakhouse Tavern, filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and RSM Canada Limited was appointed as trustee of the bankrupt estate by the Official Receiver. Copies of the Assignment and the Certificate of Appointment issued by Industry Canada, Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada are posted below.
