Toronto, January 11, 2022 -Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated January 11, 2022 (the “Receivership Order”), RSM Canada Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”), without security, over the lands and premises known municipally known as 6532 & 6544 Winston Churchill Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario (the “Property”).
A copy of the Receivership Order is posted below and other pertinent public information will be posted to this website as that information becomes available.
The Receiver has retained Avison Young Commercial Real Estate Services, LP as its exclusive broker to solicit offers for the Property. The Property is a 1.436 acre infill residential development site, located in the high-demand Meadowvale area, and intended for 15 single family homes. The bid date is May 12th, 2022 at 5:00 pm EST.
