Stacy has spent her career in professional services, with depth and breadth of experience across audit, consulting and tax, with an industry focus on technology and life sciences. Prior to her role as RSM deal services leader, Stacy led the firm’s financial consulting practice, which includes technical accounting, initial public offering readiness and capital markets advisory, valuation, forensics, and outsourced finance and accounting services. Most recently, Stacy was responsible for the launch of RSM Catamaran and served as its leader.
Over the course of her career, she has advised private equity-backed companies through growth capital raises, platform acquisitions, add-on strategies and exits—giving her firsthand insight into how sponsors evaluate, execute and create value in portfolio companies. She has served as an expert witness in complex financial disputes, led IPO readiness projects and provided outsourced CFO services to companies navigating capital raises and strategic alternatives. This combination of transactional, operational and technical experience allows her to see deals through the lens of buyers, sellers and investors simultaneously.
Stacy is deeply committed to developing talent and finds great satisfaction in mentoring the next generation of RSM professionals. She is known for encouraging individuals to step outside their comfort zones to unlock growth and challenge perceived limits. Stacy is actively involved in RSM’s culture of inclusion through many of the firm’s employee network groups.
