Rudy Ardon is a Director, Management Consulting at RSM US LLP, focused on optimizing clients’ global financial accounting; country, regional and global financial reporting; and direct and indirect tax compliance. He also advises on the design and optimization of local, regional, and global shared services.

Rudy leads the Global Compliance Reporting Services solution set at RSM US. He focuses with clients to help optimize global financial accounting; country-level, regional and global financial reporting; direct and indirect tax compliance; and advisory services surrounding local, regional, and global shared service design and optimization.

Rudy has experience with process improvement and automation. He oversees the design, implementation and proactive management of global engagement delivery by handling issue resolution, as well as establishing communication protocols, project tracking mechanisms and efficiency-generating strategies.

Rudy has experience across multiple industries, as well as various corporate ownership structures including private equity groups, family office and listed companies; at different sizes and levels of international complexity.
