Rhys Jennings is an associate director within the corporate finance M&A team at RSM UK. In 2024, he was selected as a member of RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, as a senior analyst aligned with the industrials sector. The program positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. Rhys is based in the firm’s Bristol, UK, office.
In his work at RSM, Rhys advises on company transactions (buy- and sell-side M&A), management buyouts, and private equity investment and fundraising. He has a particular focus on private company M&A in the middle market.
His experience spans a variety of sectors, with notable experience in the food and drink, manufacturing, transport and logistics, and technology sectors.
Rhys joined RSM in 2018, having spent five years at a Big Four firm previously, where he was part of the government and infrastructure team. His role there involved providing commercial and financial advice to public sector clients, focusing on large-scale transactions requiring a practical approach to strategy, procurement and financing challenges.
