Paul Duckworth is a manager with RSM’s data and digital services team and has over two decades of experience implementing software solutions for customers in many different industries. His primary focus has always been to assist his customers in getting value from their software investments by utilizing the software’s built-in functionality as much as possible and performing customizations only when needed and where there is a clear benefit.
Paul’s passion for sustainability led to his spearheading RSM's services in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically in the Cloud for Sustainability and as a Microsoft Sustainability Manager. He has the privilege of demonstrating his extensive experience as a part of Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council for the Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
As RSM’s Microsoft Sustainability Manager leader, Paul and his team collaborate with clients to define their environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives and develop a comprehensive plan to meet regulatory and sustainability goals.
In addition to his in-depth knowledge of the Sustainability Manager, Paul has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, which is the foundation of the Sustainability Manager. This knowledge enables him to thoroughly understand the platform’s capabilities and implement optimal solutions tailored to the specific sustainability needs of every client.
