Nick Chitopoulos is a senior tax manager at RSM US LLP. In 2024, he was selected as a member of RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. As an analyst in the program, Nick focuses on the technology, media and telecommunications industry. He is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Nick has more than 12 years of experience providing tax services to a diverse client base spanning multiple industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing and consumer products. Nick works with private and public companies providing tax and consulting services for C corporations. He also has substantial transactional experience and Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740 experience, providing clients with tax compliance and tax provision services.
Nick oversees the tax consulting and compliance requirements for each of his clients and is responsible for timely reporting and communication to all levels of the management team, both internal and external.
