Matt is currently an implementation leader for RSM US LLP’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) practice. He focuses on implementing core financials including system selection, process review, implementation and support. Additionally, he provides leading practices that help clients adopt and optimize their new software and achieve improved operational efficiency, higher quality data and shorter closing times for financials.
Matt has led several successful ERP implementations. For example, at a large gaming and entertainment company, he replaced a legacy on-premise system (Microsoft Dynamics GP) with Dynamics 365 BC for 12 operating companies and implemented Continia AP to automate procurement transactions. During the project, he also integrated Dynamics 365 BC with Prophix financial reporting software for enterprise consolidations. The client now operates more efficiently from anywhere and can access their data in real time without manual exports to spreadsheets with Dynamics 365 BC.
In another project at a large multicompany family office, Matt replaced their legacy system (Infor M3) with Dynamics 365 BC. In addition, he implemented Government Contracting from Xtivia to comply with DCAA cost pooling and billing regulations, which allowed the client to automate their billing and reporting, and also implemented document management and AP automation to speed data processing and eliminate manual processes. The client now leverages their data in the cloud with dashboards and financial reporting.
