Marta Williams has over 25 years of experience in consulting and practice management for the UKG division. As managing director, Marta provides guidance to clients and RSM consultants to ensure business needs are understood, and best practice guidance is provided around implementing and optimizing UKG Pro suite systems. She actively works with clients to define system and process needs, helping them create plans for optimal system utilization.
Marta is most passionate about working with clients to identify their business needs and provide solutions to meet or exceed their expectations. Whether the client project is full implementation, optimization or continual system support, knowing that her team can make a difference to an organization’s bottom line, provide process improvements and make their work/life easier is tremendously rewarding.
In her 16 years leading the UKG practice, Marta has experienced significant change in the industry. Modules (and configuration/implementation) have become more complex, and clients’ needs have evolved from payroll-centric to a broader scope, including human resources (HR), talent, performance and compensation. Through these changes, she is laser-focused on client success and building a thriving practice.
Reflecting on her career and many accomplishments, Marta is extremely proud of her connections with clients, vendors and her team. As a leader, she is passionate about getting “wins” for RSM clients and believes in the importance of listening and understanding what the client needs and wants to achieve and assembling the right team to meet their goals. Marta feels there is no stronger recognition from a client than to hear, “We could not have done it without you!”
