Marlene Dailey leads the national claims consulting practice, specializing in digital transformations and intelligent process reengineering for insurance and reinsurance clients. As an accomplished leader, she brings her clients a trusted, refined perspective due to her more than 20 years in the insurance industry in claims and underwriting operations. Marlene was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the insurance industry.

Marlene has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and provided program management in delivering wide-scale, end-to-end platform transformations and digital solutions, as the client and as the consultant. Marlene understands the challenges her clients face and can provide consulting services to help them navigate those challenges. She has assisted large insurance corporations through complex platform designs and restructuring. With her navigation and insight, she implemented future state segmentation models for a national insurance company to optimize claims handling processes and improve the customer experience. This guidance led to a 10% reduction in allocated loss adjustment expenses for claims within the first year. She is passionate about facilitating business transformations by working with process mining and operation models.

Not only is Marlene a thought leader in the industry and a published author of key pieces in industry journals, she is also a United States Air Force veteran and volunteer at Wounded Warrior and AACE events.
