Mark Anderson is the national energy and industry leader and an assurance partner at RSM US LLP and has more than 30 years of experience serving a wide variety of domestic and multinational private and public companies in the energy, power generation, manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Mark’s areas of focus include financial statement audits, audits of internal controls over financial reporting, carve-out audits and accounting advisory work. He has served publicly held companies with SEC reporting requirements and has served as the engagement partner on numerous public equity and debt offerings.
As a relationship builder, Mark values communication and collaboration with his clients to provide best-in-class service. He serves as a mentor at RSM, helping develop talented employees to their fullest potential. Mark holds four certified public accountant licenses and belongs to multiple tax and audit interest groups. He speaks multiple languages and, in his free time, is an avid beekeeper.
