Mandy has almost 20 years of audit experience, specializing in high-growth commercial clients in the government contracting and technology sectors with a focus on companies with private equity and venture capital funding.
Prior to her current role, Mandy was responsible for the management and implementation of audit services , serving complex, fast-growing and highly acquisitive companies. She supervised work performed by the audit team, working closely with clients to facilitate adherence to audit schedules and deadlines and maintaining open lines of communication with the entire engagement team. She has assisted clients with a variety of critical issues, including complex business combinations and the implementation and ongoing application of accounting for complex stock transactions and debt refinancings.
Mandy continues her professional education with courses on accounting and tax issues and numerous audit-related topics.
