Kerensa Butler serves as enterprise global leader for RSM US LLP and as a board member of RSM’s transatlantic partnership. In these roles, Kerensa stewards the firm’s strategy across borders, positioning RSM for sustained, long‑term growth while working with RSM International leadership and its board to align global priorities, strengthen transatlantic connectivity and deliver consistently high‑quality client experience worldwide.
Kerensa brings a broad enterprise perspective shaped by experience across assurance, private equity and growth, positioning her to align international strategy with operational execution across RSM’s global footprint. She is focused on stewarding the firm’s global organization and enabling sustained, long-term value creation through disciplined alignment, execution and collaboration.
With more than 30 years of experience serving private equity firms and their portfolio companies, Kerensa leads complex, cross-functional work spanning assurance, tax, accounting and consulting, with a focus on strategic acquisitions and growth-driven transactions. Concentrated in the business services and consumer products sectors, her work supports value creation across industries and continues to inform her enterprise-level perspective on global growth and integration.
Prior to her current enterprise role, Kerensa served as the assurance private equity leader, guiding RSM’s strategic efforts to support PE firms and their portfolio companies through a holistic client experience model focused on excellence.
Kerensa is a longtime champion of inclusion and belonging at RSM, having served as a past national leader of the Pride employee network group and as the current chair of the Pride partner advisory committee. Her leadership has been recognized by Kayo, which named her a trailblazing woman in private equity, and by The Consulting Report, which ranked her as a top private equity consultant and leader. She is also a recipient of the South Florida Business Journal’s Business of Pride Award.
