Prior to joining a Big Four public accounting firm in 1990, John spent 10 years in retail store operations, gaining experience across all aspects of retail operations. His blend of operational and financial experience brings a unique mindset to understanding his client’s business risks and enables him to apply a balanced, informed approach to client service.
With 20 years in change management roles, John’s work has made an impact in many ways: guiding the next generation of RSM leaders on the path to partnership and developing and implementing new innovations across the firm. John dedicates significant time as a career advisor and was named RSM’s career advisor of the year. He also serves on the Northeast regional board of STAR, RSM’s employee network group dedicated to women’s professional development. John is a team builder and collaborator whose goal is to enable others to be the best they can be. With a mind toward stewardship, John strives to leave RSM better than he found it.
