John Greve is a managing director at RSM US LLP, where he focuses on industry growth in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. He has over 20 years of experience implementing customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in the retail, manufacturing and distribution industries. John joined RSM after 13 years at Microsoft where he focused on helping enterprise manufacturing organizations successfully adopt Microsoft business applications through effective organizational change management. Before that, he worked directly for industry in management of information systems roles where he used Microsoft technology to deliver digital transformation initiatives. John has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud platform including ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Data Platform, Modern Work and artificial intelligence.
Earlier in his career, John fulfilled the project manager role in numerous CRM and ERP implementations and served as a certified ERP instructor for Great Plains Software which was later acquired by Microsoft.
