Joe Kaczmarek is an experienced RSM enterprise leader who serves as the national fintech leader and a regional specialty finance leader. As part of his roles, Joe is responsible for developing the overall strategy relating to business-critical initiatives, go-to-market strategy, key milestones, and talent development. Joe has 20 years of experience providing and supervising assurance, consulting, and risk management services to entities ranging in size from small startup companies to large international organizations. Joe also has extensive experience in transaction advisor services, working with both private equity groups and individual clients.
In his current role, Joe is an instructor for the firm’s continuing professional education programs, providing training to associates nationwide. Additionally, he speaks to financial services companies at industry association and innovation forums across the country. Joe is also a member of the committee responsible for compiling and presenting annual industry financial performance surveys for the American Financial Services Association.
