Joanne is a team leader who empowers clients to harness technology in pursuit of their digital and strategic goals. With extensive experience in technology advisory, Joanne specializes in software assessments and selections, having led dozens of initiatives across various industries, including nonprofit, industrials, consumer products and professional services.
Her core strengths lie in translating business needs into actionable system requirements, crafting RFx documentation and facilitating structured vendor evaluations. Joanne excels at uncovering inefficiencies and identifying opportunities for improvement through detailed process analysis and leading-practice recommendations. She is adept at exposing the operational backbone of organizations encompassing people, processes, technology and data—to drive transformation and measurable outcomes.
Her exceptional project management skills complement Joanne’s analytical mindset. She brings clarity and structure to complex initiatives through concise communication, transparent stakeholder engagement, and a collaborative leadership style that energizes teams. Her ability to synthesize insights and guide decision making makes her a trusted advisor in strategic planning and execution.
In addition to her role as a technology advisor at RSM, Joanne is committed to stewardship and bettering her community. From 2023–24, Joanne served as the national leader for RSM’s charitable giving program, the Power of Love. She led more than 80 offices and over 200 office champions across the United States, Canada, El Salvador and India to achieve community impact goals through volunteering and fundraising. During her final year, the campaign raised over $5 million for more than 100 nonprofit organizations, with 6,000 RSM employees contributing 30,000 volunteer hours.
Joanne also serves as RSM’s liaison to the Warren-Prescott School in Boston, collaborating with faculty to support students in education, hunger and housing through fundraising and volunteer events.
Prior to focusing on technology, Joanne spent over five years delivering internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services to clients in the Greater Boston area.
