Jennifer Seaton began her career at Arthur Anderson after college and swiftly transitioned to RSM US LLP, drawn by the exceptional culture. As the national leader of RSM's STAR employee network group (ENG), Jennifer champions STAR’s mission to foster stewardship and teamwork, facilitating the advancement and retention of women at RSM.
Jennifer's dedication to STAR's mission runs deep, she has been involved with the ENG for as long as she can recall. From serving as a local leader in Chicago to assuming roles as a regional and market leader for the Great Lakes, she has played a central role in driving STAR's mission forward. Her active involvement in important programs, such as instructing the STAR Success Series programs and leading self-advocacy training, underscores her steadfast commitment to this cause. Additionally, Jennifer's participation in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Women’s Leadership meetings and the Next Generation Women Leaders Europe, Middle East and Africa program highlights her dedication to mentorship and professional development.
