Jane Galarce is a principal and the operations leader serving the Office of the CEO at RSM. Acting as chief of staff to the CEO and managing partner, she provides strategic and operational leadership to enable focus on the firm’s long-term vision and highest-priority initiatives. Jane is a trusted advisor and key liaison across the organization, helping translate strategy into execution through disciplined prioritization, cross-functional alignment and effective decision support.
In her current role, Jane partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to prioritize and execute the firm’s most critical strategic and operational objectives. She leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and supports executive- and board-level decision making, often addressing complex and high-stakes issues on behalf of the CEO. Her work focuses on driving alignment, accelerating execution and delivering measurable outcomes that advance the firm’s strategy.

Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, Jane held senior leadership roles within RSM’s consulting practice, where she helped build and scale national operational capabilities. She led consulting operations, project management and technology enablement efforts, while developing standards, tools and processes to improve performance and enhance client experience.
Jane has served in executive roles within global technology and services organizations, leading internationally distributed teams and overseeing enterprise systems and large-scale transformations, including integrations and acquisition migrations. She brings a strong combination of strategic perspective and hands-on execution to complex business challenges.
