Jack Holland is a manager in the management consulting CFO advisory practice at RSM US LLP, with deep experience assisting organizations with their finance strategy, target operating model design, business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Jack leads RSM’s back-office transformation capabilities and helps clients capture investment value through careful planning, intentional execution and a focus on the impact of transformation on an organization’s people, processes and technologies.
Jack is passionate about enabling businesses to navigate change. He strives to help clients understand their challenges; leverage quantitative analysis to develop a structured design of tactical, realistic remediations; and then complete those initiatives in a logical and governed sequence.
Jack is a dynamic and charismatic leader and brings his knowledge and passion to clients day in and day out. Beyond client work, he is a leader of VALOR, RSM’s employee network group for members of the military community; recruits heavily from his alma mater Virginia Tech; and supports RSM’s Power of Love stewardship campaign.
