Hailey’s work focuses heavily on organizational design and assessment. She has led these efforts for a global education technology finance organization, developing their operating model and future-state structure, and for an organization focused on cost-effectiveness and operating model realignment, providing best practices and actionable implementation steps. She also led the HR structure assessment and future-state operating model development for one of British Columbia’s largest pension providers and supported new HR structure implementation and design within the oil and gas sector.
Additionally, Hailey develops HR strategic plans and talent strategies for organizations across various sectors. This includes designing and executing strategic planning processes, creating actionable multi-year plans with key performance indicators, and developing initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, employee value proposition development, workforce planning, career pathing and onboarding strategies. She has also led the design and implementation of competency frameworks for multiple organizations.
