About Hailey

Hailey Knight is a seasoned human resources and talent strategist at RSM Canada, with over 13 years of experience designing and implementing impactful programs for organizations across Canada and the U.S. She partners with senior leadership teams to drive long-term success by analyzing complex organizational challenges, developing and implementing effective solutions, and measuring outcomes. Her experience spans diverse sectors, including health care, insurance, non-profit, retail, real estate, finance, technology, and oil and gas.


Experience

Hailey’s work focuses heavily on organizational design and assessment. She has led these efforts for a global education technology finance organization, developing their operating model and future-state structure, and for an organization focused on cost-effectiveness and operating model realignment, providing best practices and actionable implementation steps. She also led the HR structure assessment and future-state operating model development for one of British Columbia’s largest pension providers and supported new HR structure implementation and design within the oil and gas sector.

Additionally, Hailey develops HR strategic plans and talent strategies for organizations across various sectors. This includes designing and executing strategic planning processes, creating actionable multi-year plans with key performance indicators, and developing initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, employee value proposition development, workforce planning, career pathing and onboarding strategies. She has also led the design and implementation of competency frameworks for multiple organizations.
