Emily is a distinguished tax partner at RSM US LLP, celebrated for her commitments to culture, diversity and inclusion (CDI) leadership. As the national leader of the InspirAsian employee network group (ENG), she spearheads efforts to support and empower Asian professionals within RSM, ensuring they have access to networking opportunities and mentorship programs like Path to Partner. InspirAsian holds personal significance for Emily, as she recognizes its essential role in ensuring colleagues like herself feel supported and represented, empowering them to thrive and contribute fully to the firm's success.

Throughout her career, Emily has held various roles to support RSM's CDI initiatives, including serving as the local executive sponsor for the InspirAsian and Generations ENG. In addition, she participated in the Generations executive leadership committee. She has also been involved in other ENGs and CDI initiatives, such as the former West region InspirAsian executive committee board, acting as a STAR ambassador and facilitating the STAR Success Series.

In her role as tax partner, Emily specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to closely held businesses and their proprietors. With more than 15 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, she offers tailored tax-planning solutions to a diverse range of corporate and pass-through entities, spanning multiple state and foreign borders. Emily is actively involved in the Las Vegas market, collaborating with a variety of corporate and pass-through entities to address their tax-planning needs. Additionally, she engages with RSM's family office enterprise practice to tackle clients' most pressing issues and concerns.
