Chantal Andrabi is a manager in RSM Canada’s management consulting practice. With more than 15 years of experience, Chantal focuses on delivering large-scale transformational change through program and change management.
Chantal specializes in guiding organizations through complex transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, separations and other strategic shifts. Her areas of focus include culture alignment and blending, organizational change management, complex communications planning and delivery, and solution adoption and compliance. She is passionate about helping clients adopt sustainable solutions by equipping teams and aligning them to deliver strategic objectives. Chantal’s industry experience spans private equity, consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, and financial services.
