Carol Lapidus is a partner specializing in the consumer products industry. Until April 2024, she led the firm’s national consumer products industry practice and is based in the New York office of RSM US LLP.

Carol has served clients as an accountant and consultant for over 40 years. She works with internal teams to optimize growth and client service, as well as externally, meeting with clients, prospects and influencers, sharing RSM’s expertise in the consumer products industry. She also advises clients on organizational structure, licensing, international operations, mergers and acquisitions, financing, cost containment and long-term planning.

In 1994, Carol became the first woman in the history of her predecessor firm to be voted into the partnership, prior to the firm joining RSM. She has been honored by the accountants’ and bankers’ section of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of New York City and the American Jewish Congress.
