Anne Bushman leads the Washington National Tax compensation and benefits group at RSM US LLP, providing a range of tax consulting services.
Anne has more than 15 years of experience directly serving clients on tax compensation and benefits issues. She consults on a variety of tax technical issues in the executive compensation area, including both qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation agreements, with a focus on employee stock ownership plans. She works closely with businesses, guiding them in planning important transactions and in complying with complex tax requirements.
Anne regularly consults with internal firm tax personnel, external client personnel and RSM Alliance firm members, addressing tax technical issues in response to Washington National Tax inquiries, compensation planning opportunities and anticipated transactions. With extensive knowledge and experience in tax technical issues, she teaches various tax technical courses both internally and externally at the national level.
In addition, Anne develops and publishes firm-wide guidance and educational materials to support RSM professionals in delivering the highest quality tax services to their clients for executive compensation, employee benefits and employee stock ownership plans.
