From her role as payroll operations manager at a professional employer organization for eight years, through six years in a payroll supervisor position at Aerotek, and seven years as manager of the outsourced payroll practice at Wise Consulting, her extensive hands-on payroll experience and alignment with subject matter experts have equipped her with the knowledge to identify gaps in processes and design effective payroll solutions.
Ana works to empower her team to problem-solve payroll challenges and guide clients to achieve the business transformation they are looking for.
