When Canadian firms make the decision to ‘go global’, it is often based on achieving the following benefits: accessing different talent pools, additional resources and capabilities, accessing new business opportunities and aligning with the international reach of the firm’s clients. Yet, it can be hard to maintain a Canadian identity.
