RSM's Calgary office recognized as one of Alberta's Top Employers

The Calgary-based office of RSM Canada, the leading global provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on middle market businesses, has been selected by Mediacorp Canada Inc. as one of Alberta’s Top Employers in 2019 for being an industry leader in offering an exceptional place to work for its employees.

First published in 2006, Alberta’s Top Employers recognized RSM Canada’s Calgary office for meaningful investment in the lives of their employees in and out of the workplace as part of an effort to support a cohesive and productive work environment. These benefits range from offering flexible work hours, compressed work weeks and an ‘earned days off’ program for employees to support staff members working toward their CPA designation, which is done through paid study leaves, financial assistance and in-house training programs. New RSM Canada employees in Calgary receive three weeks of paid time off during their first year on the job, and RSM Canada also offers top-up payments for staff on parental and maternity leave, including adoptive parents.
