Vasie will focus on leading RSM Canada’s financial services tax practice across Canada, building a team of tax professionals focused on financial services clients. Working closely with the RSM tax team and financial services industry team, Vasie will also create a first-choice advisor experience for financial services clients and go-to-market approach for financial services prospects.
A highly accomplished professional offering extensive taxation experience in the financial services industry and in various jurisdictions, Vasie is a skilled tax professional with a proven track record of success in cultivating strong teams.

Prior to joining RSM Canada, Vasie worked at a Big Four firm and was a member of the firm’s Canadian financial services management team for banking and capital markets, insurance, and asset and wealth management. Here, he successfully led various consultation, compliance, due diligence reviews and tax audits on several priority accounts.
