TORONTO, ON – (October 31, 2022) – RSM Canada LLP ("RSM") - a leading global provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to announce Diana Dunlop as the newest consulting and transaction advisory services (TAS) partner in its Toronto office.
Diana will serve as RSM Canada’s TAS leader and will provide consulting services across the M&A spectrum. She will also serve as one of the 12 market leaders across RSM’s North American TAS practice.
Bringing a wealth of professional experience, Diana is a leader with deep expertise across M&A advisory, accounting and finance advisory, post-acquisition integration, accounting litigation advisory and IPO readiness. With more than 21 years of experience, Diana previously served as the national leader for enhanced due diligence and Ontario region leader within value creation services for her prior firm.

Diana is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accountancy Studies and a Master of Accounting (MAcc), both from University of Waterloo. Diana serves as the finance committee chair for the Scarborough Health Network Foundation, as well as treasurer and board member of Ethics Centre Canada.
