VGM Group unlocks growth potential with Microsoft technologies

Background

VGM Group is a multi-company member services organization with over 1100 employees. Its group of companies include manufacturers and durable medical equipment providers. With the Iowa based company on a growth trajectory it was important to take a step back, look at their systems and processes and upgrade what they were doing.

Path to success

RSM’s managed services were instrumental in the success of VGM’s projects. “Projects you maybe do once every 10-20 years, we did four in 12 months.” Said Barb Anderson, VP of Finance and Controller at VGM Group.

The managed services platform allowed us to fast track these projects. “Our employees say things like ‘Thank you for putting us on this RSM managed services contract.’ I feel I have someone I can call when things aren’t working the way they’re supposed to.” said Anderson.
