Event overview

Join RSM’s 60-minute live webinar on June 24 for a panel discussion focused on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Pillar Two and its impact on companies operating globally. This event is designed to provide you with valuable insights and practical guidance on navigating the complexities and the status of the evolving guidance.

Pillar Two is a comprehensive framework aimed at establishing a global minimum effective tax rate of 15% for multinational enterprises. This initiative is a key component of international tax reforms and has been implemented by over 50 jurisdictions, reflecting its integration into the broader global tax landscape. With the U.S. proposing increased taxes on non-U.S.-owned companies in retaliation for what it considers “unfair” taxes under the global tax deal, multinational enterprises face uncertainty and are evaluating what actions to take next. The conversation will include U.S. and non-U.S. global perspectives on how companies are preparing and reacting to the changing landscape.
