Marino Jeyarajah is a Tax Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax group and has over twelve years of experience advising clients on a wide range of tax and financial issues relevant to their businesses. 

Marino's experience includes a wide range of businesses, from small private companies to large multinational corporations.

Marino provides tax advice on acquisitions, mergers, tax due diligence services, succession planning and on various Canadian and international restructuring engagements. He also services various clients in the real estate space, including land and residential developers, commercial developers and commercial property managers.

He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and have been involved with both the CPA exam qualification process and the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.
