About Lucas

As a director in RSM US LLP’s strategy practice and leader of RSM’s enterprise strategy service line and Experience Center of Excellence, Lucas Tasa is responsible for working cross-functionally with RSM’s clients to help transform their omnichannel, sales, service and marketing functions, framing and delivering front-office transformation for complex and diverse organizations.  


Experience

Lucas’ experience utilizes human-centered design as the foundational methodology for experience transformation to significantly increase top-line revenue growth, customer retention and acquisition while reducing operating costs, improving the employee experience and creating lifetime value for clients. Lucas specializes in guiding clients through customer experience (CX)-centric strategic growth. He helps clients design, implement and communicate a total customer experience strategy, including creating and managing multidisciplined teams, unifying internal departments and outside agencies, establishing new and effective experience transformation metrics and understanding consumer research and market trends to drive business decisions and innovation. 

Lucas has over 23 years of experience designing leading award-winning customer experiences and enterprise growth strategies, which help identify, evaluate and implement new digital and marketing strategies, as well as go-to-market strategies that assist organizations with growth and business optimization. His specialties include digital marketing media and platforms, partner/alliance/channel strategy and marketing, digital advertising strategy, strategic vendor/agency relationship evaluation and customer experience strategy and design, and sales and marketing operations.
