To help you manage your personal and professional priorities, we offer flexibility options designed to meet the unique needs of our people, including working remote, working part-time or flexing your schedule. Leave of absences to tend to your own or an immediate family member’s medical condition and generous maternity and parenting leave to spend time with your growing family are also some of the abundant flexible options available.


Time away from work is beneficial for everyone. We encourage our people to take time to relax and rejuvenate with a generous vacation in addition to statutory holidays and two RSM days.

Dress for the Day

We empower our people to bring their authentic selves to work each day, including how they choose to dress. Our people choose what they wear to work based on their own schedule. For example, on a day in the office with no client meetings, you may enjoy wearing jeans. On a day where you have an important event and want to look your best, you may choose to wear business attire.
