First-choice Advisor Awards program

RSM’s annual First-choice Advisor Awards program was developed based on employee feedback to recognize professionals who embody the firm’s first-choice advisor culture, strategy and values. The program honours high-performing individuals at various career stages from across the U.S., Canada, India and El Salvador who exemplify RSM’s 5 C’s: caring, curious, collaborative, courageous, critical thinkers. Teams are recognized for making a significant impact in both external client service and firm client service areas.

First-choice Advisor Awards program overview

RSM’s First-choice Advisor Awards program has recognized a total of 101 individuals and 13 teams since the program began. This year, 178 individual nominations and 33 team nominations were submitted. The 211 total nominations were reviewed by the First-choice Advisor steering committee to determine the 2024 winners, who include the following:
