About Megan

Megan Khang is an American professional golfer and the first player of Hmong and Laotian descent on the LPGA. She began playing golf at age five, and credits her dad as having the biggest influence on her career. Khang has built a reputation as a steady and reliable competitor, highlighted by a career-best finish of fifth at the 2020 U.S. Women’s Open and her selection to the 2019 Solheim Cup team.  In 2023, she reached a major milestone with her first LPGA victory at the CPKC Women’s Open.

A Massachusetts native, Khang enjoys staying active off the course through snowboarding, hiking, fishing, swimming and time at the beach. She is also committed to giving back and partners with Golf Fore Africa, helping raise awareness and support for clean water initiatives in rural Zambia.
